The Humanitarian Law Center published the report “Material Reparations for Human Rights Violations Committed in the Past”. A conference on the right of victims of human rights violations during 1990’s to material reparations in Serbia was held in Hotel “Zira” in Belgrade on Wednesday, December 21^st, 2011. The event gathered representatives of ministries, judicial institutions, attorneys, human rights activists, and representatives of the civil society.
