Swedish diplomats visited HLC

A group of young Swedish diplomats visited the Humanitarian Law Center (HLC) on Tuesday, April 23rd 2013, with aim to learn about work of state institutions and NGO’s in Serbia.

Natasa Kandić, coordinator of the Human losses project and founder of HLC, was talking about experiences during the wars in former Yugoslavia in researching human right violations. Laza Lazarević, Aleksandar Glišić i Predrag Miletić presented human loses in Kosovo during the conflicts in 1990s, as during the NATO bombing.
