The presentation of information about the killed, dead and missing Albanians in the municipality of Istog/Istok was held on January 21st 2010 in the in the hall of the Municipal Assembly. About 80 victims’ family members attended the presentation. At the beginning of the presentation, Mr. Skender Hasangjekaj, president of municipal commission for missing persons addressed the participants and invited victims’ family members to provide their assistance in the process of recording the killed, dead and missing persons during the conflict in Kosovo.
During the verification of information, family members of the killed, dead and missing persons from the municipality of Istog/Istok provided HLC-Kosovo with 13 photographs and 33 documents, and they also have filled out 101 forms with exact personal data of their love ones.

A mixed panel of the Supreme Court of Kosovo presided over by Justice Norbert Koster , rendered a decision on May 4, 2010 pronouncing the accused Predrag Đorđević guilty and sentenced him to twelve (12) years and three (3) months in prison for the commission of the criminal acts of instigating national, racial, religious, or ethnic hatred, strife, or intolerance and attempted aggravated murder.
On February 20th, HLC organized the presentation of the interim List of the killed and missing non-Albanians in Niš. Deputy Mayor of Niš, Nađa Marković, and the Association of the Family Members of the Kidnapped and Missing Persons from Kosovo Office Coordinator opened the presentation that was held in the Niš City Hall. Approximately 100 victims’ family members who live in the Niš region attended the presentation. After inspecting the information in the HLC database, families handed over 34 documents and 16 photos to HLC. Several media houses from Niš (TV Belami, TV 5, etc) reported on the presentation.

On 16th February 2010 HLC Kosovo presented the results of the record of killed and missing in the area of municipality of Malishevё/Mališevo. Supported by the Municipal Assembly of Malishevё/Mališevo, the presentation was held in the hall of the Municipal Assembly, and the audience was first addressed by Rexhep Mazreku, deputy of Mayor. He thanked HLC for working on enlightening the truth about all victims who were killed or went missing. On the presentation took part more than 100 family members of victims, municipal officers and local media.
After presentation all family members of victims checked data of their loved ones on HLC data base. Staff HLC Kosovo collected 55 photographs of victims from their family members and 14 copies of different documentation. Family members of victims filled out 88 forms with exact personal data’s of the victims.
