More than 30,000 people killed, 2 million people expelled

In September last year, activists of the RECOM Initiative sent the presidents of all the states in the territory of the former Yugoslavia RECOM postcards asking them to launch an official procedure for setting up a Regional Commission for establishing the facts about the war crimes. What was the presidents’ reaction?
