The book deals with cases of the organized deportation of Bosnian refugees carried out during the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina by the Montenegrin militia, military police, and paramilitary units.
Many of those handed over to the authorities of the Bosnian Serbs were killed, while some are still listed as missing. Individual cases of refugee killings were also recorded. The deportations were accompanied by an orchestrated campaign in the state media. At the end of the book, official documents related to these cases are presented.
