The Keraterm camp was established by decision of the Crisis Staff of the municipality of Prijedor. Located in a former ceramic tile factory on the outskirts of Prijedor, the camp operated from May 24 to August 21, 1992. About 4,000 detainees, mainly Bosnian Muslims and Croats, passed through Keraterm. More than 300 detainees were killed there.
