On Wednesday 30 May 2007, the Belgrade War Crime Chamber brought a decision to conduct a criminal investigation after questioning 12 persons suspected of war crimes in Lovas, eastern Croatia, in 1991. All twelve suspects were taken into custody.
On May 28, 2007 the Humanitarian Law Center (HLC) filed a compensation lawsuit against the Republic of Serbia at the First Municipal Court in Belgrade on behalf of Murat Pepić from Tutin who was beaten by three members of the Department of Internal Affairs (OUP) Tutin in January 2002.

On February 24th, 2007, HLC – in cooperation with the Outreach programme of the ICTY and with the financial support of the Council of Europe – organized the event Čelebići 1992: Beyond Reasonable Doubt in Belgrade, Serbia.
The Humanitarian Law Center (HLC) filed a compensation lawsuit on April 26, 2007 on behalf of Emina Muratović, Zahida Rovčanin, Rašida Kaltak, Mevla Berbo, Ramiza Arbak, Džamila Čalaković, and Husein Husović for compensation of non-pecuniary damages against the Republic of Serbia because of the responsibility of the state for the murder of their father Mušan Hasović, committed by members of the Yugoslav Army (VJ) in the Kukurovići village on February 18, 1993.
