CONTENT: The fund contains court documents from trials of members of the Croatian Army Military Police in the „Lora“ Military Prison who, in violation of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, committed a war crime against the civilian population. The fund contains the indictment and acquittal from 2002, and minutes from the main hearing and the new judgment rendered during the repeated trial in 2005 and 2006.
