A coalition of human rights organizations, associations of victims and family members of the killed and missing, youth organizations, women’s groups, organizations for peace and democracy development, and other nongovernmental organizations and professional groups that will advocate the official establishment of a regional commission for truth-seeking about war crimes and other serious human rights violations committed in the recent past (RECOM) was created at the Fourth Regional Forum, held on 28 and 29 October in Priština. A total of 108 organizations and 155 individuals from the successor states of the former Yugoslavia joined the Coalition at the Forum....
