Students visiting HLC

A group of students and professors from France, Germany, Croatia, and Serbia visited the Humanitarian Law Center on Thursday, March 14^th, 2013 as part of the study visit organized by the Youth Initiative for Human Rights from Serbia and the Local Democracy Agency from Croatia.

Students had an opportunity to hear about the history of the HLC and the challenges that Serbia deals with in the process of transitional justice. During the talk, the students were interested in learning more about the problems related to the prosecution of war crimes. The Initiative for RECOM, as a regional project, was particularly interesting, especially from the aspect of obtaining political support.
